Food Safety Seminar for Fairs and Festivals

This training will provide workers at temporary food booths an overview of food safety including proper temperatures, food preparation sanitizing, hand washing and tips on setting up a temporary booth to comply with the health code. This training is recommended but is not mandatory by the health district.

It is a great opportunity for workers to learn and ask questions prior to the event.
